FRENCH TOAST DELIGHT

Eating bread is okay even when you’re trying to drop a size or 2 (or more). People think that to drop pounds or get leaner you have to eliminate bread. Not true—it’s all about moderation.

Ingredients:

No-calorie cooking spray
6 egg whites
2 packets no-calorie sweetener 1 tsp/5 ml ground cinnamon
2 slices sprouted grain bread No-calorie pancake syrup

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Spray a pan with cooking spray and set burner on medium-high heat. Mix the next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Dip the bread in the mixture and place in pan. Then pour the remaining egg mixture over the bread and around the pan. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Using a butte knife or the side of a spatula separate into 2 pieces then flip and let cook for another 3 to 4 minutes or until done.
