This has been my go to breakfast for the last couple of months and it has a great mix of protein, healthy fats, fibre to fill you up, plus negligible carbs.   Here’s what’s in it:

1 bag of Enlightened beans snack (I use either sea salt, cocoa, or sweet cinnamon flavour)

1 Tbsp macadamia nuts

1/2 Tbsp shredded, unsweetened coconut

1 scoop of Organkia glucosamine joint formula (liquid form)

1/3 scoop Select protein powder (peanut butter flavour)

1 full scoop Progressive Nutrition collagen powder

1/2 cup water

Put the first three ingredients in a small bowl. Using a shaker cup, add the glucosamine, protein powder and collagen to the water and shake hard for a few seconds. Pour the mixture over the cereal, and enjoy!

389 kcal, 33 grams protein, 32 grams carbohydrates (16 grams fibre); 4 grams sugar, 20 grams fat

This will fill you up and keep your blood sugar and mood stable until your next meal.
